A New York City native, AJ has built a versatile career both on-camera and behind the scenes, collaborating with global brands, nonprofits, and individual artists to bring compelling stories to life.

Fluent in English and Spanish, AJ specializes in media, communications, and marketing—particularly within the nonprofit and broadcast sectors. He has worked with some of the most recognizable names in the industry, including Telemundo, Univision, SiriusXM, and ABC. With deep expertise in creative services, he has led the development and execution of impactful digital and social media campaigns, always rooted in authentic storytelling and strategic vision.
 

As a proven change agent and team leader, AJ brings nearly two decades of executive-level experience managing diverse teams in both corporate and nonprofit environments. His work centers on evolving business models, scaling organizations, and leveraging digital strategies to boost brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community impact. From crisis communication to campaign design, AJ navigates today’s fast-moving media landscape with integrity, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
 

AJ’s leadership and community impact have earned him multiple accolades, including recognition in the Power 100: Who’s Who in Latino PA and Lehigh Valley Style’s 2024 Influential Men of the Year. He currently serves as Board Chair of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of the Greater Lehigh Valley, where he champions relationship-building and drives initiatives that uplift diverse communities.
